These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "User"), and Offoi Knowledge ("we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the offoi.com website as well as any other media form, channel, or mobile website related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

• No Data Harvesting: You are strictly prohibited from harvesting or collecting email addresses, user data, or content from the Site for the purpose of creating databases, sending unsolicited emails (spam), or training artificial intelligence / machine learning models without express, written consent.
• Respecting limits: You may not bypass our `robots.txt` files or any other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site.

B. Hacking and Cybersecurity Interference

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Offoi Knowledge and yourself irrevocably consent that the competent courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms. You expressly waive any defense of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.
